Re-brand, new Website Design and 3-month Digital Marketing support funded with Adur & Worthing Small Business Growth Grant?
Veterans Raffle, or the YES Society as it was then known, approached Jelly Digital Marketing whilst applying for Small Business Growth Grant Funding by Adur & Worthing Councils, in partnership with Adur and Worthing Business Partnership, to outline a digital marketing campaign to help reposition and grow the charity raffle.
The subscriber base had been grown through Police contacts and many of the subscribers were serving or ex police and the founder’s desire was to expand it to appeal to armed forces veterans and their families.
The funding was secured for a 5-month digital marketing campaign to encompass social media management, Google Ads and content marketing and Jelly Digital Marketing was selected as one of the two agencies that was approached.
Once we began working with YES Society, it quickly become apparent that there was considerable work to be done in getting the branding and website into good shape, before embarking on a campaign to drive awareness of the brand.
Upon our recommendation, YES Society re-branded to Veterans Raffle and we quickly turned around a rebrand as we needed to hit the ground running with some campaigns before Christmas. ?By working around the clock and on weekends, we pulled off the re-brand within 2 weeks!
The website was very much in need of improvement in design and layout, content, SEO and conversion optimisation and so we spent a few weeks working on a new design and writing new copy. ?
Everything on this project was turned around in amazingly quick time. We were very much aware that the funding was limited and we needed to achieve as much as we could to make a difference.

The Veterans Raffle is a totally independent not-for-profit brand established to help fund specialist UK charities that support ex-forces & emergency services veterans who are suffering from mental health-related conditions such as PTSD, complex injuries such as loss of limb and those who find themselves out of work & homeless.
